ahhhhh, the outdoors. this is where the minis love to be. it's kind of like releasing them into the wild, only we always decide to bring them home with us again :)

Just a really great day

Today was a good day, no a GREAT day.

It started out with the Minis eating a really big breakfast.

Then they played with a box and took turns sitting in it.

We went to a place for kids and families where they have animals, sand boxes, good food, lawns to run around on and things in miniature, like these cars.

The minis were in heaven and it was a joy to watch them.

Sigge looks like he it shouting "hey watch where you're going you idoit!"

Sigge is making the car noise and Max and checking out some hot babes in the next lane...

I get the feeling these two will be a force to reckon with... what am I saying, they already are!

Then they played in a huge sand box, while Tom and I enjoyed a coffee (aaaaaahhhhhhh)

The car ride home was peaceful... again, aaaaahhhhhhhhhhh.

I wish we could have this day, every day.

A small shout-out to the admissions office staff at Edgewood college who sent the box in question to us, and who I hear gets roped into checking the Minis blog now and then... THANKS guys!

Missing Aunt Chris and Uncle Eric

I just chose 5 of my favorite photos from Chris and Eric's visit (from their camera) and plan to post more but this gives us a glimpse at the 2 weeks we spent together. We have never had such an awesome 4th of July celebration. It's Chris and Eric's last day in Sweden but more photos from their visit are to come, now that I got my paws on all of their photos ;) Happy 4th!

Life is good

when you have this 50 meters from your house. so we have a yard that is a death trap for this minis but at least we can head down to the water in chill out. just a great afternoon doing ... this!

She's the most patient person I know

Happy 18 months my dear sweet MINIS!

Max and Sigge are officially a year and a half old. This was a fun shoot. I bribed them with a cookie which they are chewing on in almost every shot (smart). Unfortunately Max got beat up at day care today by an older kid, but I hope their day improved when we went to our favorite cafe and looked at boats and birds.

These beautiful chairs are MADE by farmor Marianne! (with som help from farfar making one of the structures)

The Beach Boys

A couple weekends ago we went to the beach by our house, which was SO much fun. playing in the sand, swimming and then napping in the shade. That was a great day.
