Sometimes it takes us a little while to get situated but once everyone is settled we are in for a good 20 seconds of focus and attention to something.

OH BOY(s)!

Well, looks like we will not have a calm moment for the next year or so....

...With the exception of snack times like this. A little break promtped by a meltdown at the grocery store.

From Vaxholm With Love

First day of internet here at the new house, thus no posts for almost a week, yikes! We have been busy moving, unpacking, playing, exploring and trying to get some new routines.

Here we are, on our new street TALLARÖVÄGEN (see sign)

returning home after a walk in our new town.

This photo is from the "öppna förskolan" in Vaxholm, a place where people on maternity/paternity leave can come and play with their kids. Coffee costs 5 sek and you meet other parents and kids. That's Sigge trying to impress on 13 month old Lea by standing in is own wagon, and Max is in the back playing with toys that match his outfit.

And so it begins...

Sigge is the little dog lover who befriends every dog we see. He was especially cozy with Clooney, David and Maggie's dog, when we were in CA. I love Clooney's expression :)

When Aunt Anna tells her Spanish students that the Minis sleep outside during the winter they cannot believe it! But I assure you that they love it. They first lay on a huge lambskin wool (in their winter suits) and then are wrapped in a wool blanket and then wrapped in a down comforter. SOmetimes they are sweaty when I take them out of there!

Going through security

Max and Sigge were sound asleep when we were going through security in Amsterdam after our long haul flight from San Francisco, and thankfully we didn't have to wake them up to go through!

This is Sigge taking a well-needed nap when we got home.

Leaving San Francisco...

Today we say good-bye to farmor and farfar who have been putting up with us for over 3 weeks. They even took care of the Minis for 4 days while we were in Mexico, during which they both got Max and Sigge's stomach flu. We are so grateful to them for all their help and support. We will miss you so much!

PS please send us good travel vibes if possible. First an 11-hour flight to Amsterdam and then another couple of hours to Stockholm.
